Seriously easy. Just a little bit of fabric, some homemade bias tape, thread, and elastic. So quick and easy even a beginner seamstress like me can whip it out.
Too bad my border along the bottom hem didn't come out even on both sides. Better measuring next time, eh?
Turned out so cute! What a little munchkin! Love that it's reversible and the red and white look so good together.
